Managing Director
James is the founder of Mayflower Accountancy, and oversees delivery of all services within the practice, and provides finance director support to select businesses.
Liisa Grant ATT
Tax Director
Liisa is the Co-Director and responsible for all tax matters within Mayflower Accountancy. Liisa has a specialism with inheritance tax, complex income tax matters, and capital gains tax.

Irina oversees the accounting of smaller company accounts for the business, and also supports the development of our trainees.

Chris manages our smaller service-based businesses, and manages payroll for our clients.
Panji Nyirenda
Finance Assistant
Panji supports our larger complex bookkeeping clients, providing a consistent and regular service covering a wide range of businesses. She is also responsible for overseeing VAT delivery for our clients.

Finance Assistant
Emileo looks after large construction and trade clients, with a particular expertise in Construction Industry Scheme taxes.
